在数字环境下,分析高校图书馆特藏资源的新内涵,总结特藏资源的发展要素,寻找一条更适合于高校图书馆的特藏资源发展建设道路。高校图书馆需要对特藏资源进行重新定位、重新整合以及借鉴合作的理念入手,通过提升服务的质量来加强高校图书馆的特藏资源建设。

Under the digital environment,this paper analyzes the new connotation of special collection resources and summarizes the development elements of special collection resources for a more suitable way for special collection resources in university library.The university library needs to re-position,reintegrate and learn from the concept of cooperation,strengthen the construction of the university library’s special collection resources by improving the grade of service.
