精神分裂症患者抗精神病药物治疗的肌红蛋白水平分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析精神分裂症患者抗精神病药物治疗的肌红蛋白(Mb)水平,阐明微量Mb水平与精神分裂症患者急性期和缓解期进展的关系。方法随机工作日选取精神分裂症患者74例,分别在急性期和缓解期检测Mb水平,同时以阳性与阴性症状量表评定患者的阳性症状和阴性症状。结果住院精神分裂症患者急性期和缓解期Mb水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在阳性症状组比较差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05),在阴性症状组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论Mb水平可以用来评价精神分裂症患者急性症状缓解的生物学指标。 Objective To analyse of myoglobin(Mb)levels in patients with schizophrenia by antipsychotics(APS),to elucidate the relationship between micro Mb level and acute and remission progression in schizophrenia.Methods A total of 74 samples from patients with schizophrenia were collected to determine Mb levels at acute phase and convalescencephase.Results The Mb levels of cases in inpatient acute phase were significantly higher than convalescence phase,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant in the positive symptom group(P<0.05),the difference was not statistically significant in the negative symptom group(P>0.05).Conclusion The Mb levels could be used to evaluate the biological indicators of the recovery of the main positive symptoms in schizophrenic patients.
