新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下医护人员器械相关压力性损伤防护敷料对比

Comparison of different dressings applied to the protection of medical personnel under Corona Virus Disease 2019 pandemic in device related pressure injuries

摘要 目的探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下医护人员器械相关压力性损伤防护选择水胶体敷料和超薄泡沫敷料针对器械相关压力性损伤(DRPI)的预防进行比较。方法随机抽取50例人员颜面部多种防护用品叠加、密闭处使用为超薄泡沫敷料组,其余50例人员面部使用为3M水胶体敷料组。结果水胶体敷料组DRPI发生率为40.0%,皮肤过敏发生率为12.0%,超薄泡沫敷料组发生率明显低于水胶体敷料组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合考虑敷料的黏性、透气性、减压性、抗过敏性的基础上,针对疫情期间医护人员DRPI,推荐采用超薄泡沫敷料进行防护。 Objective To compare the prevention of device related pressure injuries(DRRI)with hydrocolloid dressings and ultra-thin foam dressings in the prevention of device-related pressure injury for medical personnel under Corona Virus Disease 2019 pandemic.Methods A total of 50 personnel were randomly selected to use ultra-thin foam dressing group in the overlapped and sealed place of various protective articles on the face,while the other 50 personnel were used 3M hydrocolloid dressing group.Results DRPI of hydrocolloid dressing group was 40.0%,skin allergy incidence was 12.0%,and incidence of ultra-thin foam dressing group was significantly lower than that of hydrocolloid dressing group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of comprehensive consideration of the viscosity,permeability,decompression and anti-irritability of dressings,ultra-thin foam dressings are recommended for protection against DRPI of medical staff during the epidemic.
