摘要
目的分析胶体金免疫层析法与化学发光微粒子免疫法对新型冠状病毒的检测价值。方法对该院就诊的191例新型冠状病毒肺炎可疑患者的血清标本采用胶体金免疫层析法和化学发光微粒子免疫法检测新型冠状病毒抗体,同时采集患者咽拭子进行实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)检测新型冠状病毒。结果以RT-PCR检测新型冠状病毒结果作为金标准,化学发光微粒子免疫法检测新型冠状病毒抗体灵敏度为91.2%,特异度为96.8%,胶体金免疫层析法的灵敏度为79.4%,特异度为98.1%,两种方法灵敏度和特异度比较,差异均无统计学意义(χ^2=2.3,P=0.08;χ^2=0.5,P=0.50)。结论两种方法检验新型冠状病毒抗体,均有一定的临床使用价值,联合检测可提高新型冠状病毒肺炎感染的检出率。
Objective To analyze the value of colloidal gold immunochromatography and chemiluminescent microparticle immunoassay in detection of SARS-CoV-2.Methods To analyze the performance of SARS-CoV-2 antibodies,immunochromatography and chemiluminescent microparticle immunoassay were used to detect SARS-CoV-2 antibodies by analyzing the serum samples of 191 patients suspected of being infected with SARS-CoV-2.Meanwhile,real-time fluorescent polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)was conducted to detect SARS-CoV-2 on collected throat swabs.Results The results of SARS-CoV-2 detected by RT-PCR were used as the gold standard,the sensitivity and specificity of chemiluminescent microparticle immunoassay was 91.2%and 96.8%respectively,the sensitivity and specificity of immunochromatography was 79.4%and 98.1%respectively,the two methods were compared by chi square test,there was no significant difference between them in sensitivity and specificity(χ^2=2.3,P=0.08;χ^2=0.5,P=0.50).Conclusion Either immunochromatography or chemiluminescent microparticle immunoassay has certain degrees of clinical value in detection of SARS-CoV-2,combined testing can improve the detection rate of covid-19 infection.
