服务经济背景下传统制造业升级路径研究

Research on the Upgrade Path of Traditional Manufacturing Industry in the Context of Service Economy

改革开放以来,国内经济实现高速发展,创造世界经济增长奇迹,但也带来了环境污染、资源浪费以及效率低下等发展问题,第二产业发展尤为突出。尤其是在我国经济下行以及供给侧结构性改革的背景下,传统制造业正面临转型升级的困境与难题。近年来随着互联网技术的高速发展与普及,新技术与服务业的融合程度不断加深,致使服务业经济地位逐渐凸显,成为引领经济发展新动能。对此政府提出了制造业服务化转型发展战略,希望通过提升制造业发展质量、增加制成品附加值等方式推动制造业转型发展。但由于我国服务业长久以来发展较为滞后以及制造业的创新意识能力不强的因素,致使制造业服务化转型存在效率低下以及转型质量不高等问题,亟需通过打造良好的外部发展环境、提升制造企业创新能力、推动信息化与工业化深度融合等举措,助力传统制造业服务化转型。

Since the reform and opening up,the domestic economy has achieved rapid development and created a world economic growth miracle,but it has also brought about development problems such as environmental pollu⁃tion,waste of resources,and low efficiency.The development of the secondary industry was particularly prominent.Especially in the context of China's economic downturn and supply-side structural reforms,traditional manufactur⁃ing industries are facing difficulties in transformation and upgrading.In recent years,with the rapid development and popularization of Internet technology,the integration of new technologies and service industries has continued to deepen,resulting in the service industry's economic status gradually becoming prominent and becoming a new driv⁃ing force for economic development.In this regard,the government put forward a strategy for the transformation of manufacturing services,hoping to promote the transformation and development of manufacturing by improving the quality of manufacturing and increasing the added value of manufactured products.However,due to the fact that Chi⁃na's service industry has been lagging behind for a long time and the manufacturing industry's innovation awareness is not strong,the servitization transformation of manufacturing industry has low efficiency and low transformation quality,so it is urgent to promote the transformation of traditional manufacturing services by creating a good external development environment,enhancing the innovation capabilities of manufacturing enterprises,and promoting the deep integration of informationization and industrialization.
