摘要 根据国家"十三五"重点研发计划项目课题中立项的一系列关于装配式建筑工业化生产的课题,引导建筑行业工业化发展。中建科技有限公司深圳分公司科创中心基于六轴机械臂的精准、高效、稳定等特点,研发制造一套解决柔性钢筋绑扎问题,生产三维立体结构钢筋网笼构件的自动化、智能化生产线。实现从BIM模型建立到钢筋预制构件生产的自动化、智能化的生产流程;实现装配式建筑行业数字化、信息化、自动化的生产模式。 According to a series of projects about the industrialized production of prefabricated buildings set up in the national "13 th Five Year Plan" key research and development projects, guide the industrial development of the construction industry. Based on the accuracy,efficiency and stability of the six axis mechanical arm, the science and technology innovation center of Shenzhen Branch of China Construction Technology Co. Ltd. develops and manufactures a set of automatic and intelligent production line to solve the problem of flexible steel bar binding and produce three-dimensional reinforced mesh cage components, so as to realize the automatic and intelligent production process from BIM model establishment to reinforcement prefabricated component production, and realize the production mode of digitalization, informatization and automation in the assembly construction industry.
