摘要
科技和社会的快速发展推动了我国的城市化建设进程,在此情况下,政府相关部门不仅要全面地提升市政工程的实用性、美观性,功能性,还需要对工程设计过程中的造价进行全面控制。这样才能够使由地方政府筹资或国家财政拨放的资金得到最大限度的利用。
The rapid development of science and technology and society has promoted the process of urbanization construction in China.In this case, relevant government departments should not only comprehensively improve the practicability, aesthetics and functionality of municipal engineering, but also comprehensively control the cost in the process of engineering design. Only in this way can the funds raised by local governments or allocated by national finance be used to the maximum extent.
