摘要
稳控系统的正确运行为电网安全稳定运行提供了保障。稳控系统性能测试是对稳控主子站硬件装置的性能进行测试,同时也对稳控措施的有效性进行验证,为稳控装置的工程应用打下坚实的基础。针对某新建工程的实际需要,提出了一种基于实时数字仿真器(RTDS)的闭环仿真测试方法,通过搭建模型及仿真试验对区域安全稳定控制系统主子站装置的功能进行测试,以验证该装置在切机与减负荷方面的有效性,为稳控装置的安全投运奠定了基础。
The correct operation of the stability control system guarantees the safe and stable operation of the power grid.The performance test of the stability control system tests is the performance of the stability control hardware device both in the master-station and sub-station.It verifies the effectiveness of the stability control measures at the same time,which lays a solid foundation for the engineering application of the stability control device.A closed-loop simulation test method based on RTDS is proposed to meet the actual needs of a new construction project.The functions of the main-station device and the sub-station device of the regional safety and stability control system are detected through model building and simulation test to verify the effectiveness of the device in cutting machine and load reduction.
