摘要
为了提高电厂整体运营效率,优化电厂设计流程,以新泰某热电厂应用PDMS软件进行三维实体支吊架设计为研究基础,根据以往设计中存在的问题,对管道支吊架设计进行优化研究,参照新的设计流程,对不同载体的管道参照规范进行相应放坡,按照放坡后的管道实际标高进行支吊架布置设计,通过在实际工程设计中的应用研究,解决了现场安装时出现的一系列问题,避免了以往根据名义标高设计支吊架对现场施工时带去的各种问题,通过此种方法设计管道支吊架,降低了电厂管道支吊架设计的重复工作量,缩短现场施工周期,对工程建设具有实际指导意义。对设计过程中存在的各类问题进行列举说明,应用新的设计流程可避免出现此类问题,减少了工程建设中各方之间的变更申请。
In order to improve the efficiency of plant construction,and to optimize the power plant design process,it is based on optimization study on 3 D solid support hanger design for the application of PDMS software in Xintai thermal power plant.According to the problems in the previous design,it optimizes the design of pipeline support hanger.Referring to the new design,it sets corresponding slope along pipeline with different carriers reference specifications.Through the application research in actual engineering design,it solves a series of problems that occur during on-site installation.It can avoid all kinds of problems that appear in the previous hangers design with nominal elevation.In this way,it can not only reduce the repetitive workload of power plant pipe hanger design but also shorten the construction cycle,which have practical guiding significance to engineering construction.It enumerates the various problems in the design process,and applies the new design process to avoid such problems and reduces the application for change between parties in the project construction.
