焦炉尾气制乙醇的工艺路线研究

STUDY ON THE PROCESS ROUTE OF USING COKE OVEN GAS TO PRODUCE ETHANOL

基于我国发展清洁燃料乙醇的需要,鉴于目前全球抗击“新冠肺炎”疫情,对消毒杀菌材料——乙醇产品的需求量持续增加,简要概述了我国乙醇市场的发展情况,并介绍了合成乙醇的生产工艺路线;焦炭生产中产生的大量焦炉尾气经分离提纯后,可作为化工原料生产高附加值化学品,因此总结了目前利用焦炉尾气生产传统化学品的现状,重点介绍了以焦炉尾气为原料生产乙醇的新型工艺路线。该工艺在很大程度上降低了生产乙醇对粮食的依赖,为后续焦炉尾气的综合利用提供了新途径。

Based on the need of developing clean fuel ethanol in China,and in view of the current global fight against“COVID-19”epidemic,the demand for ethanol products,a sterilizing and sterilizing material,continues to increase.This paper briefly summarizes the development of China's ethanol market,and introduces the production process route of synthetic ethanol.A large number of coke oven tail gas produced in coke production can be used as chemical raw materials to produce high value-added chemicals after separation and purification.Therefore,the present situation of producing traditional chemicals with coke oven tail gas is summarized,and the new process route of using coke oven tail gas as raw material to produce ethanol is mainly introduced.The process can greatly reduce the dependence of ethanol production on grain and provide a new way for the comprehensive utilization of coke oven tail gas.
