摘要
通过系统分析研究转炉整个工艺流程,找出制约生产的关键环节,从炉气分析静态控制技术开发、非对称大流量底吹冶金工艺技术研究、异夹角顶枪优化等方面开展工作,形成了一套转炉高效低成本冶炼集成技术。
By systematically analyzing and studying the whole process flow of converter,the key links that restrict production were found out.A set of smelting integration technology of with high efficiency and low cost for converter had been developed from the development of the static control technology for furnace gas analysis,the research of asymmetric large flow bottom blowing metallurgical technology and the optimization of different angle top lance.
