摘要
针对河钢唐钢一钢轧厂150 t转炉炉型特点和冶炼工艺情况,从铁水热量输入、钢水热量输出、转炉吹炼过程热量补偿及损失三方面进行了有效地控制,通过物料结构改变、二次燃烧氧枪设计及生产组织等工艺优化,实现了降低铁水消耗的目的。
Aiming at the structure characteristics of 150 t converter and smelting process in No.1 steelmaking and rolling plant of Tang Steel,the effective control has been carried out from three aspects:heat input of molten iron,heat output of molten steel,heat compensation and loss in converter blowing process.The purpose of reducing the consumption of molten iron has been achieved through changing the material structure,designing oxygen lance for secondary combustion and optimizing the production organization and other process.
