摘要 主要介绍了一钢轧厂加热炉因最初缺陷原因及后期产能提高,导致步进机械框架变形损坏,并产生了一系列的连带问题。针对这些问题,进行了原因分析,并制定了大修改造方案,经改造及后期运行证明了方案的合理性。加热炉步进机械的大修改造较好地满足了产线提产增效的需求。 This paper mainly introduces the deformation and damage of stepping machinery frame for heating furnace in No.1 steelmaking and rolling factory caused by the initial defect of heating furnace and the increase of its production capacity in the later period,and a series of associated problems.In view of these problems,the reasons are analyzed,and the overhaul plan is made,which is proved to be reasonable by the transformation and later operation.The overhaul and transformation of heating furnace stepping machinery meet the demand of the production line to raise the production and efficiency.
