THE RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF KR DESULFURIZATION TECHNOLOGY

以霍邱铁矿深加工炼钢连铸工程和首钢京唐公司KR备件供货为依托,对KR脱硫工艺及装备进行了详细的研究,并在此基础上结合首钢京唐公司的生产实际,对工艺参数和工艺设备进行了优化和改进,成功研发出具有自主知识产权的KR铁水脱硫技术,并成功应用于实际生产。

Based on the steelmaking and continuous casting project of Huoqiu iron mine and the supply of KR spare parts for Shougang Jingtang company,the KR desulfurization process and equipment are studied in detail.On this basis,combined with the actual production of Shougang Jingtang company,the process parameters and the process equipment are optimized and improved.The KR desulfurization technology with independent intellectual property rights has been successfully developed and successfully applied to actual production.
