节能引导措施对计量供暖耗热量的影响

摘要 以天津地区16个计量供暖小区3个供暖期单位面积供暖耗热量作为研究样本,采用单因素方差分析法评价节能引导措施(向高用热量用户发送用热量信息、入户进行节能措施宣传与指导,旨在调动用户主动节能行为)对供暖耗热量影响的显著性。根据实测数据,评价实施节能引导措施的节能效果。由显著性评价结果可知,节能引导措施对高耗热量小区的供暖耗热量影响显著,对低耗热量小区影响不显著。由实测数据可知,3个供暖期16个小区平均室内外温差修正后的单位面积耗热量分别为0.375、0.355、0.338 GJ/m^2。对于高耗热量小区,与第1个供暖期的单位面积耗热量相比,第2个供暖期下降8.7%,第3个供暖期下降14.2%。节能引导措施对降低供暖耗热量有一定效果。 Taking the heating energy consumption per unit area of 3 heating periods in 16 metered heating residential areas in Tianjin as the research sample,the single-factor analysis of variance is used to evaluate the significant influence of energy-saving guidance measures(send energy consumption information to high-energy users,and carry out energy-saving measures publicity and guidance to households,aiming to mobilize users to take the initiative to save energy).Based on the measured data,the energy-saving effect of implementing energy-saving guidance measures is evaluated.The significant evaluation results show that the energy-saving guidance measures have a significant impact on the heating energy consumption of high-heat-consuming residential areas,but not on low-heat-consuming residential areas.The measured data indicate that the heat consumption per unit area after correction of the average indoor and outdoor temperature difference in 16 residential areas of the three heating periods is 0.375,0.355 and 0.338 GJ/m^2,respectively.For high heat consumption residential areas,compared with the heat consumption per unit area in the first heating period,the second heating period decreased by 8.7%,and the third heating period decreased by 14.2%.Energy-saving guidance measures have a certain effect on reducing heating energy consumption.
