天然气富氧燃烧在玻璃窑炉的经济性分析 被引量:2

摘要 结合工程实例,对天然气富氧燃烧在玻璃窑炉的应用及经济性进行分析。采用模拟计算方法,兼顾火焰温度和氮氧化物排放质量浓度(限值为150 mg/m^3),确定氧化剂中氧气体积分数为93%。对比厂内制氧方案(真空变压吸附制氧)、氧气外购方案(氧气由氧气站制备,采用液氧槽车运输,自建液氧储罐)的经济性。对于日用气量8000 m^3/d,年运行时间为330 d的玻璃窑炉,厂内制氧方案的项目造价比氧气外购方案高375×10^4元,年成本低240.88×10^4元/a。厂内制氧方案高出的项目造价可在1.56 a收回,具有一定的经济性。 Combined with engineering examples,the application and economy of natural gas oxygen-enriched combustion in glass furnace are analyzed.The volume fraction of oxygen in the oxidant is determined to be 93%by using the simulation calculation method,taking into account the flame temperature and the mass concentration of NO x emission(the limit value is 150 mg/m^3).The economy of in-plant oxygen production scheme(vacuum pressure swing adsorption oxygen production)and oxygen outsourcing scheme(oxygen is prepared by oxygen station,transported by liquid oxygen tank car,and self built liquid oxygen storage tank)is compared.For a glass furnace with a daily gas consumption volume of 8000 m^3/d and an annual operating time of 330 d,the project cost of in-plant oxygen production scheme is 375×10^4 yuan higher than that of oxygen outsourcing scheme,and the annual cost is 240.88×10^4 yuan lower.The higher project cost of in-plant oxygen production scheme can be recovered in 1.56 years,which has certain economy.
