城市燃气爆炸事故统计分析与对策

Statistical Analysis and Countermeasure of Urban Gas Explosion Accidents

基于2016-2019年城市燃气爆炸事故统计数据,分析各类气源爆炸事故占比及城市燃气事故的发生地点、发生时间及事故原因的发生率,给出燃气爆炸事故预防的建议。结果表明:液化石油气爆炸事故占比较高。江浙、珠三角地区和山东是燃气爆炸事故多发地。居民区、商户区、交通设施和加气站4类地点爆炸事故发生率较高。爆炸事故季、月、天呈现“两半三区双峰”分布。室内胶管老化、断裂、咬坏等问题是引发燃气泄漏的主要原因,点火做饭或烧水是引发爆炸事故的主要导火索。

Based on the statistical data of urban gas explosion accidents from 2016 to 2019,the proportion of various gas sources explosion accidents as well as the occurrence location,time and causes of urban gas accidents are analyzed,and suggestions for prevention of gas explosion accidents are given.The results show that the proportion of LPG explosion accidents is high.Jiangsu province,Zhejiang Province,the Pearl River Delta region and Shandong province are the places where gas explosions occur frequently.The explosion accident rate in residential areas,commercial areas,transportation facilities and gas filling stations is relatively high.The explosion accidents show a"two-half,three-region and two-peak"distribution in quarter,month and day.Problems such as aging,breaking,and biting of indoor hoses are the main causes of gas leakage.Ignition,cooking or boiling water are the main triggers for explosions.
