长江三角洲区域城市住宅供暖需求探究——以南京市为例

Exploration on Heating Demand of Urban Residential Buildings in Yangtze River Delta Region——Taking Nanjing as an Example

为了充分探究长江三角洲区域城市的供暖现状及需求情况,选取了一系列不同收入、 不同采暖方式的典型性小区进行了问卷调查、 访谈等质性研究方法.分析了分散式及集中式采暖的多方面问题,据此探讨研究区域的供暖需求,因地制宜的对采暖措施进行完善优化,认为长江三角洲区域城市住宅供暖的需求与供暖方式并不匹配,且不宜采用与北方相似的城市集中供暖方式,提出应当基于居民家庭收入进行采暖方式的改造提升.

In order to fully explore the current situation and demand of urban heating in the Yangtze River Delta region,a series of typical communities with different incomes and heating modes were selected for qualitative research methods such as questionnaires and interviews.This paper discussed the heating demand of the research area based on the analysis of various decentralized and centralized heating problems,and heating measures should be optimized according to local conditions.It is concluded that the demand of urban residential heating in the Yangtze River Delta region does not match the heating mode,and it is not suitable to adopt the urban central heating mode similar to that in northern part of China.It is suggested that the transformation and improvement of heating mode should be carried out based on the household income of the residents.
