摘要
本文结合气象远程培训工作实际情况,以课程开发及应用流程为主线,从课程需求、 课程内容、 教学设计、 课件制作、 学习支持、 教学测评等六个方面,研究设计了网络课程质量评估指标体系.该指标体系突出体现了需求分析的重要性,对气象远程教育培训课程开发具有重要的指导性,对其他行业在职培训的课程开发及评估工作也具有一定的参考价值.
Combined with the actual situation of the online education and training in China meteorological department,this paper designed a quality assessment indicator system for online courses by taking the online course development and application process as the main line.The indicator system includes course demand,course content,teaching design,courseware making,learning support and teaching evaluation.It highlights the importance of course demand,which has important guidance for the development of online course in meteorological department.It also has some reference value for the development and evaluation of online courses of on-the job training in other industries.
