资助育人视角下高校精准扶贫工作的审视与践行——兼论如何化解贫困不自信问题

摘要 习近平总书记强调打赢扶贫攻坚战的根本之策在于"扶贫先扶志,扶贫必扶智",通过"志智双扶"激发内在活力、 形成扶贫合力,从而铲除滋生贫困的土壤.习近平总书记对精准扶贫理念内涵的丰富,对当前高校开展资助育人工作具有重要指导意义.现阶段,与物质贫困相比,大学生的心理贫困问题更加严重,大学生不自信不仅影响了高校扶贫工作的深入推进,而且对大学生的成人成才形成明显制约.所以高校推行精准扶贫,必须解决扶贫与教育"两张皮"的问题,利用教育手段帮助大学生改变不自信状态,通过精准帮扶改善贫困大学生发展环境. General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized that the fundamental strategy to win the tough fight against poverty is to“help the poor first,and help the poor must help the wisdom.”Through“spirit and wisdom”,stimulate the internal vitality and form a joint force for poverty alleviation,thereby eradicate the soil that breeds poverty.General Secretary Xi Jinping’s rich connotation of the concept of targeted poverty alleviation has important guiding significance for the current colleges and universities to carry out funding education.At this stage,compared with material poverty,the psychological poverty problem of college students is more serious.The lack of self-confidence of college students not only affects the in-depth progress of poverty alleviation work in colleges,but also significantly restricts the adult talents of college students.Therefore,to implement targeted poverty alleviation in colleges and universities,we must solve the two problems of poverty alleviation and education,use education methods to help college students improve their confidence,and improve the development environment of poor college students through targeted help.
