基于实证调研的高校创业型"新农人"培育体系结构研究——以浙江省30所高校为例

A Study on the Cultivation System Structure of Entrepreneurial“New Farmers”in Colleges and Universities Based on Empirical Research—Taking 30 Colleges and Universities in Zhejiang Province as an Example

以浙江省30所高校的学生为研究对象,从高校大学生返乡创业取向与素质、 返乡创业类型与合作模式以及政策完善等方面对返乡创业大学生和在校生进行问卷调查.通过调查,我们发现高校创业型"新农人"的教育模式陈旧、"新农人"创业实践项目类型单一及其创业实践技能匮乏等问题明显.进而需要在乡村振兴战略背景下进一步提升高校创业型"新农人"创新创业教育协同育人质量,优化育人共同体内部结构:深化组织结构调整,创新协同育人模式;改善课程结构设计,强化协同育人思维;推动平台结构改革,实践理论协同研究;创新服务结构改革,"全链条式"协同育人等建议.

Taking students from 30 colleges and universities in Zhejiang province as research objects,a questionnaire survey was conducted on current students and students returning home to start their own businesses,in terms of home-returning entrepreneurial orientation and quality,types and cooperation modes of home-returning entrepreneurship,and policy improvements.According to the investigation,we found some obvious problems such as outdated education mode of the entrepreneurial“new farmers”in colleges and universities,single type of entrepreneurial practice project,and lack of the entrepreneurial practice skills.Therefore,under the strategic background of rural revitalization,it is necessary to further improve the quality of collaborative education of innovative entrepreneurship education for“new farmers”in colleges and universities and optimize the internal structure of the educational community.To achieve these,advices are made to further adjust organizational structure for the innovation of collaborative education mode,to improve the curriculum structure design for strengthening collaborative educational thinking,to promote the reform of platform structure for collaborative research on practice and theory,and to innovate service structure for“full chain”collaborative education.
