摘要
主要研究了不同用量的偶联剂-KH550、KH560和催化剂-二月桂二有机锡对单组份脱醇RTV-1硅橡胶性能的影响。研究表明,醇型硅酮密封胶配方中加入基料量0.1%以下的KH550有较好的热老化性能;醇型硅酮密封胶配方中加入偶联剂对粘接强度影响不明显;配方中加入基料量0.1-0.2%的KH560有较好的综合性能;催化剂用量在0.02%胶浆的综合性能优良,有较好的储存稳定性和粘接强度。
The effects of different dosages of coupling agents-KH550,KH560 and catalyst-organotin dilaurate on the properties of one-component dealcoholized RTV-1 silicone rubber were mainly studied.Studies have shown that the addition of KH550 with a base content of less than 0.1% in the alcohol-based silicone sealant formula has better heat aging performance;the addition of a coupling agent to the alcohol-based silicone sealant formula has no significant effect on the bonding strength;KH560 with a base content of 0.1-0.2% has better overall performance;the catalyst has an excellent overall performance when the dosage is 0.02%,and has good storage stability and bonding strength.
