摘要
镁基骨粘合剂具有生物相容性、且与骨组织具有一定粘接特性而成为深部骨组织粘接修复的候选粘合剂之一,但其粘接能力有限尚无法满足临床要求。针对这一问题,本文提出通过分析镁基骨粘合剂与骨组织的界面粘接行为,探索获得高粘接强度的诱导因素及粘接机理,并以此为基础发展高粘接特性镁基骨医用粘合剂的研究构想。
Magnesium-based bone adhesives are biocompatible and have certain adhesive properties with bone tissues,making them one of the candidate adhesives for repairing deep bone tissues.However,their limited bonding ability cannot meet clinical requirements.In response to this problem,this paper proposes to study the interfacial bonding behavior of magnesium-based bone adhesives and bone tissues,explore the inducing factors and bonding mechanism to obtain high bonding strength,and use this as a basis to develop high-adhesive characteristics magnesium-based bone medical adhesive research ideas.
