摘要
聚醚醚酮是一种具有优良的生物安全性、生物相容性,在骨科和脊柱外科及整形外科应用中很受欢迎的新型材料,因为其具有出色的物理和化学特性,且不可被射线穿透。但是其生物活性较差,目前,表面改性方法可以有效提高聚醚醚酮的生物活性,使其更易于骨组织键合,已成为骨科植入材料研究的热点。文章介绍了物理法、化学法以及辐射改性法3种不同类别的改性技术,并分析了不同改性技术的优劣及对于提高生物相容性的帮助,最后展望了聚醚醚酮材料表面改性的发展前景。
Polyetheretherketone(PEEK)is a new material with excellent biosafety and biocompatibility,which is very popular in orthopedic and spinal surgery and orthopedic applications,because it has excellent physical and chemical properties and cannot be exposed to radiation penetrate.However,its biological activity is poor.At present,surface modification methods can effectively improve the biological activity of polyetheretherketone and make it easier for bone tissue bonding,which has become a hot spot in the research of orthopedic implant materials.This paper introduces three different types of modification technologies:physical method,chemical method,and radiation modification method,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different modification technologies and their help for improving biocompatibility.Finally,the prospects for the surface modification of polyetheretherketone materials are prospected.
