水性油墨中颜料的分散性能及对油墨印刷适性的影响分析 被引量:3

摘要 在印刷过程中,油墨需要经过几轮的转移和传递才能最终附着在印制品上,因此对油墨的附着性就提出了很高的要求,这在一定程度上决定着印刷质量。油墨的印刷适性不同,会产生质量迥异的情况。选择与印品质量相称的油墨,能有效提高生产效率,降低成本,避免产生浪费。水性油墨具有一种安全、环保、卫生、节能的特点,由于其具有水的成分,因此相比于普通油墨在颜料分散状态上具有很大差别。文章对水性油墨的成分和性能、水性油墨中颜料的分散性能、颜料分散性能对油墨印刷适性的影响等方面进行了分析和探讨,对提升油墨分散及其稳定性的方法展开了论述。文章认为,水性油墨中颜料的分散性能受到多种因素制约和影响,尤其是油墨的粘度和粒径对油墨质量有着很大影响,在提升油墨分散性及稳定性的时候,采用颜料表面改性的方式,通过适当添加表面活性剂达到稳定和分散效果。另外,在油墨制作和使用过程中还要考虑到环境保护实际情况。 In the process of printing,ink needs to pass through several rounds of transfer and transmission to finally attach to the printed products,so the adhesion of ink is put forward a high demand,which to a certain extent determines the quality of printing.Different printing suitability of ink will result in different quality.Choosing the ink matching the printing quality can effectively provide production efficiency,reduce cost and avoid waste.Waterbased ink has the characteristics of safety,environmental protection,sanitation and energy saving.Because of its water composition,compared with ordinary ink,it has a great difference in the dispersion state of pigment.This paper analyzes and discusses the composition and performance of water-based ink,the dispersion performance of pigment in water-based ink,the influence of pigment dispersion performance on the printability of ink,and finally discusses the methods of improving ink dispersion and its stability.In this paper,the dispersion performance of pigment in water-based ink is restricted and influenced by many factors,especially the viscosity and particle size of ink have a great influence on the quality of ink.When improving the dispersion and stability of ink,the method of pigment surface modification can be used,and the effect of stability and dispersion can be achieved by properly adding surfactant.In addition,in the production and use of ink to consider the actual situation,but also to consider environmental protection.
