摘要
电磁波随钻测量系统(EM-MWD)作为煤矿钻井定向施工的一项新技术,应用效果好、成本低,但是在应用过程中,EM-MWD天线绝缘组件容易塑性变形,出现断裂等问题,为了解决这个问题对EM-MWD天线绝缘材料进行设计,选择LPP,设计的绕包层数最多为27层,绝缘材料在绕包过程中留有2mm的缝隙。最后对制作的实验样品进行了交流击穿实验和仿真分析,结果表明:液氮环境下使用的LPP的交流击穿场强威布尔概率为4.86%,雷电冲击击穿场强概率为3.21%。绝缘层的长度一般为0.5m,避免由于绝缘层较短造成的地面接收电压变低。当绝缘层的电阻达到数百欧姆就可以满足实际应用中的相关要求。
The electromagnetic wave measurement while drilling system(EM-MWD)is a new technology for coal mine drilling directional construction.It has good application effect and low cost.However,in the application process,the EMMWDantenna insulation components are prone to plastic deformation and breakage.To solve this problem,the insulation material of EM-MWD antenna is designed,and LPP is selected.The maximum number of wrapped layers is 27.The insulation material has a 2 mm gap during the wrapping process.Finally,the AC breakdown experiment and simulation analysis of the produced experimental samples are carried out.The results show that the LPP used in the liquid nitrogen environment has a Weibull probability of AC breakdown field strength of 4.86% and a lightning strike breakdown field strength probability of 3.21%.The length of the insulation layer is generally 0.5 m,to avoid the ground receiving voltage becomes lower due to the shorter insulation layer.When the resistance of the insulating layer reaches hundreds of ohms,it can meet the relevant requirements in practical applications.
