摘要
交联聚乙烯作为当前高压输电电缆常用的材料,如何防止材料老化、材料破损等给输电线路带来的安全隐患,是当前解决的重点问题。对此,该研究尝试从交联聚乙烯材料局部放电特征入手,构建交联聚乙烯材料局部放电监测系统。为实现该系统,通过电流传感器实现局部放电电流信号的采集,采用放大电路对信号放大,通过信号分配箱实现多信号分配,然后将处理后的信号传输给后台服务器对电流信号进行分析。最后通过测试,验证上述方法可有效采集电流信号,并实现对交联聚乙烯电缆故障的在线分析。
Cross-linked polyethylene is commonly used in high-voltage transmission cable,how to prevent the potential safety hazards caused by material aging and material damage is the key problem to be solved.In this paper,the partial discharge(PD)monitoring system of XLPE was constructed based on the PD characteristics of XLPE.In order to realize the system,the partial discharge current signal is collected by the current sensor,the signal is amplified by the amplifying circuit,the multiple signals are distributed by the signal distribution box,and then the processed signal is transmitted to the background server to analyze the current signal.Finally,through the test,it is verified that the above method can effectively collect the current signal and realize the on-line analysis of XLPE cable fault.
