广西城市“民族互嵌式”社区治理:现实困境与实现路径——基于共生理论视角

“Ethnic Embedding”Community Governance in Guangxi:Realistic Predicament and Realization Path——Based on Symbiosis Theory

基于共生理论视角探究,发现广西在治理实践中仍然存在共生单元合作不足、共生模式层次低以及共生环境优化受阻的问题,应通过增强共生单元治理意识和能力、构建新型共生模式以及营造正向共生环境着力提高广西城市“民族互嵌式”社区治理能力。

Based on the perspective of symbiosis theory,it is found that there are still some problems of insufficient cooperation of symbiosis units,low level of symbiosis mode and blocked optimization of symbiosis environment in governance practice in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.We should strengthen the governance consciousness and abilities of symbiosis units,build a new type of symbiosis mode and create a positive symbiosis environment to strive to improve the governance abilities of urban"ethnic embedding"communities in Guangxi.
