摘要
纳米TiO 2能够在大范围的表面物上产生强氧化反应(即杀伤作用),除紫外光外不需要其它的外界能量,因此,在抗肿瘤研究方面具有广阔的应用前景。影响纳米二氧化钛光催化性能的因素很多,其中金属离子掺杂在光催化改性研究中备受关注,本文主要阐述掺杂离子的种类、掺杂离子半径、价态和掺杂离子浓度等因素对提高纳米TiO 2光催化性能的影响,为实现其在医学上的应用奠定一定的理论依据。
Nano-TiO 2 can produce strong oxidation reaction(killing effect)on a wide range of surface materials,and does not need other external energy except ultraviolet light.Therefore,it has broad application prospects in anti-tumor research.There are many factors that affect the photocatalytic properties of titanium dioxide,among of which metal ion doping has attracted much attention in the research of photocatalytic modification.The effects of the kinds of doped ions,the radius of doped ions,the valence states and the concentration of doped ions on the photocatalytic performance of nano-TiO 2 were discussed.It lays a theoretical foundation for the realization in medicine.
