摘要
文章建立了液质联用法测定水产品中磺胺类代谢物含量的不确定度评估数学模型,对测量过程中不确定度来源进行分析评定,计算各不确定度分量、相对合成不确定度和拓展不确定度,得到磺胺类代谢物的不确定度报告。分析结果显示,该测量过程产生的不确定度主要来源于液质联用仪的校准、标准曲线拟合校准和提取回收率的不确定度。
A mathematical model for evaluation of uncertainty of detection of sulfonamide metabolites in aquatic products by high performance liquid-MS/MS(HPLC-MS/MS)was established,and the sources of uncertainty in determination were analyzed.By calculating the components of all uncertainties,relative combined standard uncertainty and expand uncertainty,a report of uncertainty of sulfonamide metabolites was obtained.The results showed that the main source of the uncertainty came from the calibration of HPLC-MS/MS,the calibration of the standard curve and extraction recovery.
