摘要
目的分析桂西地区女性宫颈上皮细胞感染人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)的状况与基因分布情况,为该地区预防HPV感染和宫颈癌诊治提供科学依据。方法收集2012年1月~2016年3月桂西地区接受HPV分型检查宫颈标本5534例。采用PCR-反向点杂交法(PCR-RBD)对宫颈上皮细胞标本进行18种高危HPV和5种低危HPV基因型检测,分析女性宫颈HPV感染状况,同时与中国其他地区研究的女性宫颈上皮细胞感染HPV的基因分布情况比较。结果 5534例女性宫颈上皮细胞标本HPV总阳性率为34.64%,高危HPV型别前4位的分别是16、52、58和18;单型感染阳性率为24.77%,多重感染阳性率为9.87%,且以16型为主的多重感染阳性率为26.56%,以52型为主的多重感染阳性率为31.14%,与文献报道的中国其他地区HPV感染状况和基因分布有差异。结论我国不同地区HPV感染型别分布不同,桂西地区女性23种基因型HPV阳性率为34.64%,高危HPV型别前4位的分别是16、52、58和18型。
Objective To analyze human papillomavirus(HPV)infection status and genotype distribution in female epithelial cells of cervix in western region of Guangxi,so as to provide evidence for the prevention of HPV infection and the diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer in this region.Methods From January 2012 to March 2016,a total of 5534 cervical specimens were collected from participants who accepted HPV typing inspection.The genotypes of 18 high-risk types and 5 low-risk types of HPV were genotyped by dot blot hybridization reverse-gene chip,and the infection status of women with cervical HPV were analyzed,then the results were compared with genotype distribution of HPV infection women in the other areas of China reported by literature.Results The total positive rate of HPV infection among 5534 cases of cervical epithelial cell specimens was 34.64%.The four tops of high-risk HPV type were 16,52,58 and 18.The infection rate of single genotype was 24.77%,and the infection rate of multiple genotype was 9.87%.In addition,the infection rate of multiple genotype with mainly HPV 16 subtype was 26.56%,and the infection rate of multiple genotype with mainly HPV 52 subtype was 31.14%,which were significantly different from results reported in the other areas in China.Conclusion The distribution of HPV genotypes in different regions in China is varies.The positive rate of 23 genotypes HPV women in western Guangxi is 34.64%,and the top 4 risk HPV types are 16,52,58 and 18.
