摘要
明清时期由于中央政策的引导,地方学校教育盛行,从而促进了人才培养及当地教育事业的发展。《乾隆正定府志》记录了正定府学、县学、书院、义学等学校教育的发展以及对当地人才及社会的影响。很多贫苦子弟通过教育走上科举之路,对生员今后的生活及阶层的改变有重要作用。走上仕途之路的生员在提高学识时,不忘回报社会,或者在学校教学,或者捐资捐物。从他们身上,我们可以看到学校教育在明清社会中对人才培养及社会风尚的深刻影响。
Due to the guidance of the central policy during the Ming and Qing Dynasties,local school education prevails,thereby promoting the development of talent training and local education.Qianlong Zhengding Mansion records the development of school education in Zhengding Mansion,county school,college,and volunteerism and its impact on local talents and society.Many poor children embark on the road of imperial examination through education,which plays an important role in the future life and class changes of students.Students who are on the road of official career do not forget to return to society when they are learning,or teaching at school,or donating money and materials.From them,we can see the profound influence of school education on talent cultivation and social fashion in the Ming and Qing Dynasties.
