摘要 基于“三全育人”的学前教育专业人才培养以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指引,把立德树人作为根本任务,融入思想道德教育、文化知识教育、社会实践教育各环节,探索实践学前教育专业人才培养创新模式、培养方案及课程设置,构建了专业成长三阶段“BAKA”课程教学育人体系、“五习”双导师协同实践育人体系和内外部结合全方位学前教育质量保障体系,形成教书育人、课程育人、科研育人、实践育人、管理育人、服务育人、文化育人、组织育人长效机制,探索统筹学前教育各领域、各环节、各方面的育人资源和育人力量,推动知识传授、能力培养与理想信念、价值理念、道德观念教育的有机结合,形成全员全过程全方位的学前教育人才培养新模式。 The training of preschool education professionals based on the"three complete education"is guided by Xi Jinping's socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era,and the establishment of virtue as a fundamental task is integrated into ideological and moral education,cultural knowledge education,and social practice education.To explore the innovative mode of training talents for preschool education professionals,training programs and curriculum settings,and build a three-stage professional growth"BAKA"curriculum teaching and education system,"five learning"dual-mentor collaborative practice education system and a combination of internal and external preschool education quality guarantee system,forming a long-term mechanism for teaching and educating,curriculum,scientific research,practical education,management education,service education,cultural education,organizational education,exploring and coordinating educational resources and strengths in all areas and links of preschool education in all aspects,to promote the organic combination of knowledge transfer,ability training and education of ideals,beliefs,values,and moral concepts to form a new model of all-round preschool education for all personnel.
