内地高校少数民族学生党员发展教育实践探索

A Study of the Training and Education of Would-be Party Members of Ethnic Minority Students in the Universities in the Mainland of China

为打牢中华民族共同体思想基础,加强对内地高校少数民族学生的组织培养和组织发展工作意义重大。针对少数民族学生的认知思维特点和文化接受程度,利用问卷调查和个别访谈相结合的研究方法,对广东省某高校少数民族学生党员发展教育情况进行了调研。调研结果反映了一些客观存在的问题:少数民族学生入党意愿强烈但申请入党比例偏低,参加党课培训学习认真但效果欠佳,对少数民族学生入党积极分子的培养考察针对性不足等问题。为此,应该在现有基础上进一步优化少数民族学生教育模式,健全党员培养机制,为社会主义建设事业和民族团结进步事业的进一步发展培养出更多政治思想素质过硬、专业水平高的少数民族学生党员。

In order to strengthen the ideological foundation of the consciousness of the community of the Chinese nation, it is of great significance to strengthen the moral development of ethnic minority students in the universities in the mainland of China. Aiming at the characteristics of ethnic minority students’ cognitive thinking and cultural acceptance, a research method consisting of questionnaire surveys and individual interviews is used to investigate the training and education of would-be Party members among ethnic minority students in a university in Guangdong province. The survey results reveal the following problems: ethnic minority students have a strong willingness to join the Party but have a low proportion of applying for Party membership;they are willing to attend the training class organized by the Party branches, but the results are not good enough. Thus, it is necessary to further optimize the education model for ethnic minority students on the existing basis, improve the training mechanism for would-be Party members, and cultivate more Party members among ethnic minority students with excellent political and professional qualities for the future socialist construction and national unity and progress.
