Study on Human Physiological Indexes in Exercise of Urban Fitness Trail

文章就中国城市中健康步道的规划对运动中人体热感觉的研究进行了梳理,并且阐述了人体生理指标与热感觉之间的关系。认为可以将这种关系运用到对健康步道的合理规划中,并且对研究步骤进行了探讨。

This paper summarizes the research on human body thermal sensation in sports based on the planning of healthy trails in Chinese cities,and expounds the relationship between human body physiological indexes and thermal sensation.It is considered that this relationship can be applied to the rational planning of fifitness trail,and the research steps are also discussed.
