基于微信公众号的船员远程任解职登记平台设计

The design of crew long distance assumption and termination regi stration platform on the base of Wechat Official Account

船员在办理上下船任解职信息登记时,需要前往政务受理点办理,费时费力。针对这一情况,洋山港海事局深入推进“放、管、服”改革,创新设计了基于微信公众号的船员远程任解职登记平台。文中通过分析船员办理任解职信息登记遇到的问题,分别从设计理念、实现功能、风险防控、应用情况等几方面对船员远程任解职登记平台进行了介绍,利用信息化手段切实解决船员遇到的难题。

In order to make registration for their onboard service information,seafarers have to visit the service centers of Maritime Safety Administration,leading to inconvenience and waste of time.In view of such circumstances,Yangshan Port MSA has pushed forward the reform on delegating power and optimizing service through creatively designing the longrange register platform for seafarers based on the Wechat official account.Through analyzing the problems encountered in the information registration of seafarers,the paper introduces the long-range register platform from the aspects of design concept,functions realized,risk prevention and control and application situation.The platform is intended to solve the difficulties of seafarers through IT application.
