摘要
随着经济生活快速发展垃圾焚烧发电项目的投资体量巨大,但在落地过程面临不少实际困难。PPP模式被地方政府广泛运用于生活垃圾焚烧发电项目的融资与建设,文章针对PPP模式下的垃圾焚烧发电项目实施困难及决策过程优化进行分析。
With the rapid development of economic life,the investment volume of waste incineration power generation projects is huge,but it faces many practical difficulties in the landing process.The PPP mode is widely used by local governments for the financing and construction of household waste incineration power generation projects.The article analyzes the difficulty in implementing the PPP mode for waste incineration power generation projects and the optimization of the decision-making process.
