基于全面控制下的地铁施工物资管理分析

地铁是现代城市交通系统中的重要组成部分,关系到城市内运输能力与调节能力水平,是大型现代化城市合理规划和科学发展的重要标志。在我国近年来地铁工程数量不断增加,关于地铁建设成本与施工物资管理的研究也在不断深入。本文基于地铁施工物资管理对工程成本的重要意义,对地铁施工物资的特点及管理必要性进行阐述,并分析了地铁施工物资管理的难点,提出了基于全面控制下的地铁施工物资管理措施,期望通过理论性的分析为地铁工程管理与建设提供帮助。

The subway is an important part of the modern urban transportation system and is related to the transportation capacity and regulation capacity of the city,and it is an important symbol of rational planning and scientific development of large modern cities.In recent years,the number of subway projects in China has been increasing,and the research on subway construction costs and construction material management has also been continuously deepened.Based on the importance of subway construction material management to project cost,this article describes the characteristics and management necessity of subway construction materials,analyzes the difficulties of subway construction material management,and proposes measures under full control to provide help for the management and construction of subway projects through theoretical analysis.
