项目员工强制性公民行为与工作倦怠关系研究

摘要 本研究关注建筑工程项目员工工作倦怠问题及其诱因,寻找缓解的有效管理手段,提升员工职业健康水平,保证工程项目完成的质量,提高效率。选取B市5家大型建筑企业工程项目员工获得相关数据,数据分析结果显示工程项目中的强制性公民行为会引起员工工作倦怠,组织公平在二者间起中介作用。在此基础上,提出相应管理建议。 This study focuses on the problem of job burnout of construction project employees and its causes,and seeks effective management methods to improve the occupational health of employees,ensure the quality of project completion and improve efficiency.The employees of five large construction enterprises in City B were selected to obtain relevant data.The results of data analysis showed that the compulsory citizenship behavior in the engineering project would cause employees to burnout,and organizational fairness played an intermediary role between the two.On this basis,this paper put forward corresponding management suggestions.
