摘要
文章阐述了劳动规章制度制定的内容、程序不合法可能给企业带来的法律风险。如何防范这些风险,从劳动规章制度的合法性、可执行性、不断完善等方面作了深入的探讨。
In this paper,the reason for legal risks of enterprise employments is discussed,including the content and procedure for labor rules and regulations.Then how to prevent these risks is discussed from the aspects of legality,operability and continuous improvement of labor rules and regulations.
