Financial analysis is not only a necessary step in business decision-making,but also the important real-time data for strategic control and feedback.Taking enterprise group A as an example,this paper judges the scientificity of enterprise A's existing strategy,and explores the relationship between the enterprise business specialization strategy,parent company integration strategy and differentiation strategy and the financial statements.Based on prospect analysis,relevant suggestions are proposed to A enterprise strategy and financial aspects.
