近年来,水利工程发展迅速,水利工程作为一种占地面积大、扰动区域大的开发建设项目,对周边的生态环境也有着严重的影响,特别是对于湖泊河流的水体及周边自然环境影响比较严重。在当今“可持续发展、生态文明建设”的理念下,社会经济的发展不能以牺牲环境为代价,水土保持生态修复就在此过程中发挥了重要的作用,对水利工程而言,生态修复工作要进行全面的统筹规划及协调发展,从而在取得经济效益和社会效益的同时兼顾获得生态效益。
