训练装备体系使用效果评估方法研究

Research on Evaluation Method of Use Effect of Training Equipment System

在信息化技术和作战模式不断发展变革的形势下,为满足作战部队提高操作使用能力和快速形成战斗力的需要,采用理论学习和操作训练相结合、模拟训练和实装操作相结合、单兵训练和体系训练相结合的训练装备体系正在成为部队进行装备训练的重要方式。为对训练装备体系的使用效果进行评估,本文研究建立了一套训练装备使用效果评估方法,评估作战部队使用训练装备体系进行训练的效果,为工业部门设计和改进训练装备提供理论支撑,为部队采购和使用训练装备提供理论依据。

Under the situation of continuous development and change of information technology and operation mode,in order to meet the needs of improving operational capability and rapidly forming combat effectiveness of the combat forces,the training equipment system which combines theoretical learning and operational training,simulation training and practical operation,individual training and system training is becoming an important way of equipment training.In order to evaluate the use effect of training equipment system,this paper studies and establishes a set of evaluation method to evaluate the use effect of training equipment system by combat forces,to provide theoretical support for industrial departments to design and improve training equipment,and to provide theoretical basis for departments to purchase and use training equipment.
