Application of "BIM+" in Engineering Construction

当前环境下,随着BIM技术的普及,“BIM+”是目前建筑行业的热点方向。本文以某工程应用为背景,分析了BIM技术应用的必要性,介绍了其中BIM技术的应用。以BIM模型为基础进行了设计方案的碰撞检查,避免了工程返工;利用BIM技术可视化的特性对设计重难点部位进行深化设计,优化空间布置,提高工程质量;结合3D打印技术,为复杂节点制作3D打印模型,指导技术可视化交底;结合VR虚拟现实技术,真实呈现建筑施工效果,提高与业主的沟通效果,便于设计方案修改;基于BIM模型建设管理平台,提高工程管理水平。

In the current environment,with the popularity of BIM technology,"BIM+"is the hot spot of the current construction industry.This paper takes Xiaomi Mobile Internet Industrial Park as the engineering background,analyzes the necessity of BIM technology application,and introduces the application of BIM technology.Based on the BIM model,the collision check of the design scheme helps to avoid the engineering rework.The visualized features of the BIM technology are used to deepen the design of the difficult parts,optimize the spatial layout and improve the engineering quality.Combined with 3D printing technology,3D printing model is made for complex nodes to guide the technical visual disclosure;combined with VR virtual reality technology,the construction effect is truly presented,the communication effect with the owner is improved,and the design scheme is easy to be modified;based on BIM model construction management platform,the project management level is improved.
