直升机维修差错控制及预防策略探析

维修差错是诱发航空事故的主要原因之一,加强维修差错防控有助于保障直升机飞行安全。本文针对直升机维修差错特征及其成因进行了大体分析,围绕加强检修环境控制、完善维修管理机制、优化直升机设计、强化维修现场管控四个层面,探讨了直升机维修差错控制与预防策略,以期为陆航机务工作提供参考。

Maintenance error is one of the main causes of aviation accidents,and strengthening maintenance error prevention and control is helpful to ensure helicopter flight safety.This paper makes a general analysis of the characteristics and causes of helicopter maintenance errors,focusing on four aspects:strengthening the maintenance environment control,improving the maintenance management mechanism,optimizing the helicopter design and strengthening the maintenance site control.
