摘要
生物学年龄是通过衰老相关的生物学标志物间接评价人体衰老程度的一种标准。衰老的生物学标志物是一组能够分析机体功能状态的生物学指标,与年龄有着定量或者定性的关系,不仅能评定衰老程度而且能够监测衰老过程。筛选出可靠且易测的标志物,是对生物学年龄进行科学准确评价的前提。本文从生物细胞学、表观遗传学、化学分子、免疫功能、自主神经功能等方面综述了国内外关于衰老的生物学标志物的研究现状,并对生物学年龄评估方法未来的发展提出了思考与展望。
Biological age is a standard to evaluate the degree of human aging indirectly through biological markers which are related to caducity.The markers of aging are a group of biological indicators that can analyze the functional state of the body and have a quantitative or qualitative relationship with age.They can not only assess the degree of aging but also monitor the aging process.Screening out the markers which are reliable and easy to measurable is the premise of scientific and accurate evaluation of biological age.The paper has summarized the status of biological markers of aging in China and abroad in terms of biological cytology,epigenetics,chemical molecules,immune function,autonomic nerve function.And on this basis,the future development of methods to evaluate biological age has been put forward.
