小切口手术与传统甲状腺手术治疗甲状腺肿瘤的临床比较

Clinical Comparison between Small Incision Surgery and Traditional Thyroid Surgery in the Treatment of Thyroid Tumors

目的对比甲状腺肿瘤患者采用传统甲状腺手术与小切口手术治疗的效果。方法选取2017年11月至2018年12月收治的行甲状腺肿瘤手术的患者102例,按数字随机法分为观察组51例,采取小切口手术治疗,对照组51例,采用传统甲状腺手术治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率、并发症发生率、瘢痕满意度、观察指标均优于对照组对比存有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小切口手术治疗甲状腺肿瘤效果更佳,值得推广。

Objective To compare the efficacy of traditional thyroid surgery and small incision surgery in patients with thyroid tumors.Methods 102 cases of thyroid tumor surgery patients admitted from November 2017 to December 2018 were selected.according to the digital random method,the patients were divided into the observation group(51 cases),which were treated with small incision surgery,and the control group(51 cases),which were treated with traditional thyroid surgery.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate,complication rate,scar satisfaction and observation indexes of the observation group were statistically significant compared with those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Small incision surgery is more effective in the treatment of thyroid neoplasms.
