阿奇霉素联合口服桔远祛痰止咳糖浆治疗小儿支原体肺炎的疗效分析

Efficacy Analysis of Azithromycin Combined with Oral Juyuan Expectorant and Cough Syrup in the Treatment of Mycoplasma Pneumonia in Children

目的探讨研究阿奇霉素联合口服桔远祛痰止咳糖浆在临床治疗小儿支原体肺炎中的效果。方法选取我院在2018年4月至2019年3月收治的小儿支原体肺炎患者100例,经患者家属同意,伦理委员会批准,以数字分组法随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组采用单一的阿奇霉素口服,观察组在对照组的治疗基础上再采用口服桔远祛痰止咳糖浆的方法治疗,7 d为1个疗程,2个疗程后,对两组患者的治疗有效率进行观察,同时对两组患者治疗前和治疗后的血清C反应蛋白(CRP)水平以及嗜酸性粒细胞数量进行观察,并总结不良反应发生率。结果治疗后观察组患者治疗有效率相对于对照组来讲明显较高,统计学显示(P <0.05),统计学意义明显;治疗前,CRP水平和嗜酸性粒细胞数量差异较小,统计学显示(P> 0.05),不存在统计学意义;治疗2周后,CRP水平和嗜酸性粒细胞数量与治疗前相比均有明显降低,且观察组的下降幅度较大,组间数据差异比较明显(P <0.05);两组患儿的不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论阿奇霉素联合口服桔远祛痰止咳糖浆治疗小儿支原体肺炎疗效优于单一用药治疗效果,对症状消失时间的治疗,炎性细胞水平的改善,有很好的治疗效果,且安全可靠。值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of Azithromycin combined with Oral Juyuan Qutan Zhike Syrup in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Methods 100 children with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group by digital grouping method with the consent of their families and approval of ethics committee.The control group was given azithromycin orally,while the observation group was given Oral Qutan Zhike Syrup on the basis of the treatment of the control group for 7 days.One course of treatment and two courses after treatment,the treatment efficiency of two groups of patients were observed,and the level of serum C-reactive protein(CRP)and the number of eosinophils in two groups before and after treatment were observed,and the incidence of adverse reactions was summarized.Result After treatment,the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),with significant statistical significance;before treatment,there was little difference in CRP level and eosinophil number(P>0.05),but there was no statistical significance;after 2 weeks of treatment,CRP level and eosinophil number decreased significantly compared with that before treatment.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Azithromycin combined with Oral Juyuan Qutan Zhike Syrup is superior to single drug in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children.The treatment of symptoms disappearing time and the improvement of inflammatory cell level have a good therapeutic effect,and it is safe and reliable.It is worth popularizing.
