青少年患者隐形正畸治疗与AO自锁托槽正畸治疗初期疼痛的差异分析

Analysis the Difference of the Initial Pain between the Treatment of the Invisalign and the Treatment of AO Self-locking Brackets in Adolescent Patients

目的将青少年应用隐形矫治器进行治疗的患者与青少年应用AO自锁托槽进行正畸治疗的患者的初期疼痛进行比较分析,看两组患者间的初期疼痛是否有差异。方法选取恒牙初期和恒牙期的青少年患者68例,随机分成两组,1组应用无托槽隐形矫治器进行治疗,两组应用美国AO自锁托槽进行治疗,教会患者应用视觉模拟评分量表记录戴入矫治器后的4、12、24 h以及2d、3 d、5 d、7 d的实际结果,最后对数据进行统计分析。结果初始4 h、3 d、5 d、7 d,隐适美组与AO自锁托槽组,两组之间并无显著性差异。12 h、24 h,隐适美组和AO自锁有显著性差异,AO自锁托槽组的疼痛感明显强于隐形矫治组。结论与应用AO自锁托槽矫正错畸形相比,应用隐形矫正治疗错畸形的青少年患者在治疗初期的疼痛感要轻于应用AO自锁托槽进行治疗的患者。

Objective The initial pain of teenagers treated with the invisalign was compared with the teenagers treated with AO self-locking brackets for orthodontic treatment to see whether there was any difference in the initial pain between the two groups.Methods Select 68 adolescent patients in early permanent teeth and permanent teeth,the patients was randomly divided into 2 groups,1 group treated with invisalign,2 groups treated with AO selflocking brackets,teaching patients how to using VAS to records actual result after wearing appalliance of 4 hours,12 hours,24 hours and 2 days,3 days,5 days,7 days,finally,the data for statistical analysis.Results At the beginning of 4 hours,3 days,5 days and 7 days,there was no significant difference between invisalign treatment group and AO self-locking brackets treatment group.At 12h and 24 hours,there was a significant difference between the AO self-locking group and the AO self-locking group,and the pain sensation in AO self-locking bracket group was significantly stronger than that in invisalign treatment group.Conclusion Compared with the application of AO self-locking brackets for correction of malocclusion,the pain of adolescent patients with malocclusion treated with invisalign in the early stage of treatment is less than the patients treated with AO self-locking brackets.
