小剂量倍他乐克用于急性心肌梗死并心力衰竭治疗的效果研究

Effect of Low-dose Betaloc in the Treatment of Acute Myocardial Infarction Complicated with Heart Failure

目的探讨小剂量倍他乐克用于急性心肌梗死并心力衰竭治疗的效果。方法将我院2016年7月至2018年11月的70例急性心肌梗死并心力衰竭患者,随机分组,常规药物治疗组、小剂量倍他乐克联合常规药物治疗组分别35例。比较效果。结果小剂量倍他乐克联合常规药物治疗组的总有效率更高,P <0.05。治疗后小剂量倍他乐克联合常规药物治疗组心功能监护指标、诊疗全程的时间等优于常规药物治疗组,P <0.05,两组无严重并发症。结论急性心肌梗死并心力衰竭患者实施小剂量倍他乐克联合常规药物治疗效果确切。

Objective To investigate the effect of low-dose Betaloc in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction complicated with heart failure.Methods From July 2016 to November 2018,70 patients with acute myocardial infarction and heart failure were randomly divided into routine drug treatment group and low dose Betaloc combined with routine drug treatment group.Compare the results.Results The total effective rate of low dose Betaloc combined with routine drug treatment group was higher,P<0.05.After treatment,the monitoring indexes of cardiac function and the whole course of diagnosis and treatment of low dose Betaloc combined with routine drug treatment group were better than those of routine drug treatment group(P<0.05).There were no serious complications in the two groups.Conclusion Low dose Betaloc combined with routine drug therapy is effective in patients with acute myocardial infarction and heart failure.
